About the Dashboard
The Church Transformational Dashboard places three deliberately separate measures beside each other for all focus areas: what leadership assessed, what operations actually demonstrate, and how much of the committed work is finished. No blended score is calculated, so evidence never quietly rewrites an assessment.
Its part in the whole: Answers the central question of the program: do the numbers, the systems and the follow-through agree with what leadership believes?
